As the Head of Production, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.

Reporting through to the Executive Producer, you will lead a talented team of producers, coordinators, and artists, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and efficiency.

Your strategic vision and exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining our client's high standards and driving the studio's growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.

Collaborate with the Executive Supervisor and the Associate VFX Supervisor to provide bid packages to vendors and track the bidding process.

Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate production risks, resolving any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, encouraging creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their vision and expectations are met and exceeded.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications Proven experience in a senior production role within the games, vfx and animation industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of industry best practise production pipelines, tools, and software.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Passion for storytelling and a deep appreciation for the art of animation.
Experience with an Unreal pipeline and Shot Grid desirable but not essential.
