About You

We are seeking someone who has:

  • Proficiency in achieving results through effective leadership, delegation, and teamwork
  • Demonstrated capacity to address multiple issues simultaneously
  • Skill in analyzing choices, making decisions, and enacting policies
  • Proven adeptness in instigating and managing change within complex environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Essential Criteria

Applicants must be registered as Nurse/Nurse-Midwife with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practicing certificate with:

  • Five years post-registration experience
  • Experience in implementing new systems and change introduction
  • Possesses substantial senior management experience, including personnel, finance, strategic planning, and leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in innovative service delivery and driving workplace change
