What's the job?


As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives.


What we need from you

  • The right to work in Australia (required)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in housekeeping in a hotel
  • Supervisory or training experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage well with both the team and guests
  • Strong attention to detail
