Kitchen Supervisor - Miss Maud Booragoon

The Company
We are an established WA owned and run Company operating 18 Cafes, a Central Bakehouse, and Administration. We are renowned for welcoming service, great coffee, and our handmade cakes, pastries, and sandwiches.

The Role
We are seeking a hands-on and energetic Kitchen Supervisor to join our fast-paced kitchen at Miss Maud Booragoon.

You will have hospitality/ catering experience in a similar role and a passion for production gorgeous high-quality products.

During your Miss Maud journey, you will receive ongoing support and assistance to empower you to operate at your maximum capacity to achieve your business and personal goals.

Kitchen Supervisor is a secure full-time position.

You will be reporting directly to Management, and your duties may include:

• Supervising and leading the kitchen team according to Miss Maud procedures
• Motivating and training kitchen team members
• Operating the kitchen efficiently whilst following Food Safety regulations
• Maintaining product presentation and provide highquality products
• Controlling stock

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• The ability to motivate and lead junior team members
• A structured and organised approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
