A great chance is available for a dynamic Planning and Environment Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join the property, planning, and environment team at this leading independent law firm. This role offers continuous challenges and personal growth opportunities, allowing you to handle your caseload while being supported by experienced partners and senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation and offer advice on planning and environmental issues, including development assessment, compliance, and enforcement.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations for the acquisition and disposal of development, agricultural, commercial, and residential sites.
  • Negotiate land resumptions and oversee related legal procedures.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Planning and Environment Lawyer, with a strong focus on litigation.
  • Familiarity with Queensland's planning and environmental laws, regulations, and policies, or a keenness to expand this knowledge if transitioning from another jurisdiction.
  • An active work ethic, technical proficiency, and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • The capacity to provide timely and practical resolutions to intricate legal matters.
  • Committed to exceptional client service and establishing enduring client connections.
