We welcome those without previous experience to apply for an engaging part-time position. The role is to cover 3 days including the occasional Saturday when needed. We are conveniently located in Westfields Miranda where we have onsite parking, close to public transport and are surrounded by all the amenities that the 6 level shopping centre has to offer
The Heart of the Role:
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm mannerWhat you'll bring:
Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous reception or customer service experience highly regarded but not essential Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong communication and organisation skillsBenefits of joining Bupa Dental Miranda:
