A little about the role

  • Working in a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement clientcentred exercise programs for clients from diverse backgrounds in 1:1 or groups situations
  • Be involved in quality assurance and service development projects to enhance innovative and efficient practices
  • Supervising students, Grade 1 EPs and AHA staff
  • Liaising with external partners to ensure a quality service is provided to our communities
  • Attend scheduled catch ups/meetings to ensure good communication and support in the team and collaborative practice
  • Work predominately with female clients from diverse backgrounds

About you

  • Full qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist and registered with ESSA
  • Sound theoretical knowledge base and the commitment to continuing Professional Development to ensure best practice/evidencebased interventions.
  • Welldeveloped clinical skills and demonstrated ability to support a coordinated approach by working with a range of stakeholders to improve health outcomes as agreed with your clients.
  • 23 years working as an Exercise Physiologist desirable but not essential.
  • Enjoy working in a big Exercise Physiology and multidisciplinary team
