Here's what your day-to-day will entail:

  • Executing knife hand duties under the guidance of supervisors.
  • Skillfully preparing carcasses for further processing.
  • Expertly slicing sides and quarters into primal meat cuts.
  • Seamlessly performing deboning tasks.
  • Upholding impeccable hygiene standards and demonstrating a keen willingness to follow instructions.
  • Assisting with additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
