We're seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Order Support - Retail/Online/Franchise team based in Yatala

The Opportunity

This role will see you coordinate and manage all franchise orders, problem solve stock challenges and strive for continuous improvement in all areas of the department. The overall objective of this role is to ensure our Franchisees and their customers receive the highest level of service.

In This Role, You Will...

  • Manage backorder, forward order, RMA and issue reports
  • Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a timely manner
  • Handle escalations confidently with a strong focus on solutions
  • Action picks in line with target
  • Manage orders and inboxes
  • Work quickly to investigate and resolve order issues
  • Maintain and update Franchise Order Support documentation such as processes and templates
  • Update Franchises on changes in processes, holiday closures and arrange alternative pick days if required
  • Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Retail teams as needed
  • Train and support team members on processes
  • Release credit holds, holds and process credit notes in line with business policies in a timely manner
  • Other related ad-hoc duties as required

To be successful in the role you will

Be confident and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of National Tiles' policies and procedures.
