With over 1,750 performances and events each year, we offer a program of music, theatre, comedy, dance, film, visual arts, in-conversation, and the digital arts.

Staged at the iconic Brisbane Powerhouse, Night Feast is a month-long sensory celebration of feasting and art.

The first instalment of Night Feast witnessed over 120,000 hungry devourers of food, art and music venture to the feast this Autumn.

Spanning across four weeks, Brisbane's most extensive food and art feast left its mark on the city.

As preparations unfold for Night Feast: Spring, scheduled from October 4 to 28, 2023, we are looking for a Stallholder Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support, ensuring the seamless execution of Brisbane Powerhouse's Night Feast.

This role comprises three pivotal aspects:
cultivating relations with stallholders, facilitating liaison and compliance, and upholding operational excellence throughout the event's runtime. This position requires on-site presence every night of the event, guaranteeing a high level of service for our stallholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working on events and festivals coupled with Demonstrated experience working knowledge of onsite catering requirements, operations, and logistics.

You will have technical production experience and knowledge in a similar role, with the ability to manage risk and respond to complex issues.

Finally, you will have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to event management.
