Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a leading company in the domestic and commercial staircase and balustrading sector. We are seeking experienced Stair-Builders to join a team dedicated to delivering top-notch quality.

As an experienced Stair-Builder, you will work Monday to Friday, both independently and collaboratively, using hand power tools to construct custom-made stairs and balustrading.

Responsibilities:

  • Construct stairs, handrails, and balustrades with the necessary tools and materials.
  • Choose materials, tools, and fittings for each task.
  • Cut resources to size, plan, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Produce standard and customized components.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Stair-Builder (preferred).
  • Qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, Cabinet Making, or Stair-Building (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret plans and cutting lists.
  • Previous experience with hand power tools.
  • Must hold an Australian Driver's License.
