An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic, proactive and innovative leader to drive Maroondah City Council's key corporate performance functions of: Corporate Planning, Risk and Integrity, and Information Management.
In this role, you will lead, mentor and support skilled teams to implement Council's integrated planning framework; advance corporate planning and performance management; enhance enterprise risk management; manage organisational integrity; and pursue best practice information management.
Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the role will drive enhanced organisation wide performance and facilitate a proactive continuous improvement culture that delivers long-term positive outcomes for Council and the Maroondah community aligned with the Maroondah 2040 Community Vision.
