Administration Officer to join their team Dedicated to ensuring excellence in all that they do with high levels of job satisfaction & quality in the service they provide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collating, and submitting data for branch reporting and invoicing processes, while also ensuring data integrity and addressing nonroutine customer service inquiries.

What were looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration functions, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Council's Pathway corporate property system Highly regarded (particularly the customer service module)
  • Highly skilled in software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities to achieve timely and accurate outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of liaising constructively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen desire to learn something new
