The role:


We are seeking an experienced
Data Integration Analyst to assist with the implementation of a new CRM in Dynamics 365 which will include integration of data from their existing CRM and ERP systems.


Responsibilities include:

  • Document the current state data model to support enterprisegrade integrations for a robust and reliable enterprise solution.
  • Produce High-Level Data Mappings, including source system discovery and the development of associated artifacts.
  • Develop Data Integration Contracts (One contract per Data Topic) covering highlevel business requirements, data payload, detailed mappings from providers, transformation logic, integration pattern, frequency of delivery, and nonfunctionals (e.g., Security, Reliability, etc.).
  • Perform dataset profiling to identify any critical Data Quality Issues that require further review and remediation.

Key experience:

  • Experience in modeling tools and techniques, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing standard modeling.
  • Expertise in Integration Platforms and Middleware, with knowledge of platforms such as Talend being preferred.
  • Desirable knowledge of Higher Education Data Models, specifically familiarity with data models related to higher education domains (SMS, ERP preferably PeopleSoft, CRM).
  • Collaborative skills, including experience in working directly with architecture and development teams.
