The Client Relationship Manager is a vital member of the Pro1 team and works collaboratively with our Clients and the internal Pro1 Team members.


About the role:

The primary objective of the role is to ensure that projects are quoted and executed to the agreed client scope, safely, on time and within the budget

You will be required to provide consistent high-quality internal and external support and communication.

Responsibilities:

Meet with current and prospective clients, developing professional working relationships.
Costing existing and new projects works.
Creating quotes that are accurate and in line with the client's needs.
Identify the most appropriate solution to meet the requirements of the client.
Manage and plan the project timelines, contractors and resources as required.
Actively seek opportunities to enhance Pro1 processes and systems.
Facilitate and manage HSEQ related matters associated with the project and liaise with clients and contractors alike.

Experience:

2-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Facility Management experience and/or knowledge.
Construction experience and/or knowledge.
Demonstrated HSEQ experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
High level communicator with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.
Ability to effectively plan and schedule jobs.
SimPro experience an advantage but not essential.
Demonstrated Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
