The Position
The role will require a driven and motivated Administrator to join the team whom has demonstrated experience and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
You will gain exposure to the full remit of the employee lifecycle and be involved in supporting the HR Business Partner & Manager in the management of their projects, recruitment processes and wider business operations.
To be successful in this role you will be someone who has a passion for Recruitment and Human Resources - either experiences in HR Administration or are more experienced and looking for a new opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of endtoend administration support for the People & Culture team, this will include coordinating the onboarding process, managing compliance and support the Recruitment team;
- Support the wider HR Team and Business to transition to a new HRIS system;
- Maintenance and management of the database uploading documentation and reporting on recruitment metrics, contract generation and initiating the onboarding process, including new employees, departures and updating the HRIS;
- Coordinate preemployment checks, reference checks, background checks, WWCC & VEVO checks
- Provide ongoing support in the implementation of processes, policies, and projects;
- Support the wider Human Resources team through administrative duties
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Human Resource Administrator or Administration role;
- Currently holding or working towards tertiary qualifications in Human resources or related business discipline will come highly regarded;
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional communication skills;
- Ability to be agile and adapt to changing situations while juggling own time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to resolve challenges and provide timely solutions to issues within your remit.
