Plant and Equipment Valuer

What can you expect?
Marsh Valuation Services are specialists in valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region.

We have a strong focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations with no reliance on bank panels or mortgage valuations.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Plant and Equipment Valuer to join our team.

The role will see you be an important member of the valuations team while undertaking valuations nationally for a range of purposes.

This role would suit an organised, driven and growth focused individual looking to maximise their valuation capabilities and get exposure to a broad range of industries and clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Work across multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively
  • Have the ability to travel locally and intrastate for key client commitments
  • Demonstrate key client relationship management
  • Provide advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to guide valuation programs and initiatives
  • Show excellent time management, logistic and organisational skills
  • Work as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment

We would like you to have:

  • AAPI, ASA or RICS qualification
  • 2+ years' experience in performing valuations
  • Experience with insurance and/or financial reporting valuations looked upon favourably
  • Growth focused outlook
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Logical and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Availability to travel nationally
