We are seeking a dynamic leader who can critically evaluate existing programs of work and who can challenge existing assumptions and methods.

As the Executive Director, Delivery you will problem solve to develop and implement fundamental process improvements and service delivery initiatives across multiple government agencies. Working with multiple stakeholder groups, you will be empowered to deliver programs and outcomes directly aligned to government priorities and which address community expectations.

About Us:
At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.

At the heart of its operations, the Implementation Division will have laser focus on the Premier's priorities. It will engage in practical problem solving, strategic advice and expert analysis in order to improve outcomes for the people of Queensland, particularly where those outcomes require multiple agency coordination. Outcomes don't flow from policy announcements; they flow from sound implementation of good policy and the resolute effort to continuously improve service delivery.

About you:
This is a complex field, with high expectation and a volatile operating environment. We are looking for a great communicator, a collaborator, a leader and someone committed to making a difference for the communities we serve. Amazing communication and collaboration skills, dynamic leadership ability and expectational critical analysis and influencing skills are pre-requisites for success in this role.
