We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Line worker at our Jandakot Prinsep road depot, on a Permanent Full-Time basis.


About this role


As a Lineworker you will be required to construct and maintain the distribution electricity network to maintain the integrity of the network in a safe, reliable and affordable manner to ensure an uninterrupted supply to customers and within all applicable guidelines and regulations.

There is also a need to fulfil a on call roster to maintain the integrity to customer's supply.

About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Demonstrated industry experience in the construction and maintenance of the distribution electricity network
  • Certificate III in ESI
  • Power System Distribution Overhead
  • Valid WA 'HR' Class Drivers Licence
  • Service Connection Testing (Direct and Multi Master) is essential
  • HOU and LOU Switching is highly regarded but not essential
  • Glove and Barrier and / or LV XLPE Cable Jointing will be regarded, but is not essential
  • Unplanned work and streetlight experience are preferred but not essential
  • Current Commercial Driver Medical
