DyslexAbility, is a learning centre located in the southeast of Melbourne. We specialise in working with students who have dyslexia, autism, literacy and maths challenges.

Our staff are highly trained practitioners providing one-on-one hourly sessions using explicit, systematic, and synthetic phonics programs through a multi-sensory approach.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare, deliver, and conduct one-on-one sessions using the designated methodologies needed for each individual student
  • Communicate and interact with students, colleagues, and managers in a professional, positive manner
  • Plan and implement lessons based on diagnostic assessment materials
  • Record and report student progress
  • Analyse student's strengths and weaknesses to enhance skills utilising appropriate techniques and strategies.
