ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fashion Retail Store Manager to join the Peter Alexander family and lead our team at the Essendon DFO store. If you're motivated by driving sales and dedicated to providing a memorable customer experience, this full-time position is for you Availability on weekends, late nights, and public holidays is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Develop, train, and succession plan your team for increased productivity
  • Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
  • Effectively manage stock to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Optimize team roster in line with store's trading profile

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in team development and coaching
  • Previous management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to deliver a genuine and exceptional customer experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
  • Prior experience in Visual Merchandising based on briefs
