About the Role:

We are seeking at least 2 experienced Architectural Technicians / Senior Documentors to join our team.


This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of projects from Master Planning to construction documentation and CA, should you desire.

We are looking for Architectural Technicians with advanced Revit skills, and it would be ideal if you also possess a strong interest or skills in visualization, including rendering and Enscape.

Your responsibilities will encompass documentation, creating client presentations with immersive fly-throughs, and leading the setup and management of projects and models, mentoring and guiding details through DD and CD.


In this team, you'll have the chance to contribute to designs and approaches, benefiting from a truly collaborative work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage models effectively.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction detailing and documentation.
  • Deliver documentation within required timelines and deadlines.
  • Adhere to Revit standards and the project management system.
  • Understand all aspects of a project, the project team, and the project delivery method.
  • Carry out precise onsite work on initial visits when required.
  • Comprehend the construction methods of the projects under documentation.
  • Play a part in the continuous development of our Revit and Documentation standards.
  • In the future, take on the role of the primary local contact for all Revit and documentationrelated matters, providing support, training, and inductions.

About you:You love what you do and you love taking the lead on the technical side, both using advancing technology and producing high-quality drawings and documentation that can be built. You will enjoy working collaboratively and naturally teaching others and learning from others.


You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a team but can work with little supervision and has the ability to lead the delivery of documentation packages on large projects.


We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who wants to be part of a growing team You need to be a go-getter and have strong construction knowledge and detailing abilities.

We are also looking for team members who enjoy producing visualisations, renders and fly through.

Ideally, You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience using Revit on largescale projects (10+ million).
  • Demonstrated highlevel expertise in Revit
  • Experience in setting up projects and managing models.
  • Interest and skills in producing earlyphase packages.
  • Visualization skills using rendering tools like Enscape, Lumion, or similar will be highly regarded
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing larger scale projects will be highly regarded.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling proactive engagement with team members.
  • A continuous improvement mindset that extends to your work and contribution to the development of staff, processes, and standards in the company.
