About the role
The Support Worker Advisor focuses on ensuring top-quality client service delivery and care standards.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Provide guidance to support workers
  • Enhance support workers' performance through coaching, training, and development
  • Meet KPI expectations
  • Supervise quality care delivery through workplace observations
  • Engage in the recruitment and onboarding process for new support workers

About you

  • Must be a creative and decisive decision-maker
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Required licenses, First Aid certification, degree
  • Previous experience preferred but not mandatory
