Sylvania Waters Early Education is seeking a fulltime qualified, dynamic and mature educator to join our boutique service. The role will essentially be in our Pre School room.

The role will entail:

  • Assisting with the implementation of programs
  • Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
  • Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
  • Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers
  • Supporting junior staff and working closely with senior staff members
  • Career progression

Essential requirements for this position are:

  • Completed Diploma in Education and Care qualification, or completed a NQF approved Early childhood degree for the ECT position
  • Current approved first aid certificate (or willing to acquire one)
  • Current approved anaphylaxis and asthma management certificates (or willing to acquire one)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • The ability to understand and implement EYLF & NQS requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood.
We will consider Part Time for the right educators.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 34 per week

Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour
