This global and world leading property group operates out of 70 countries, providing industry-leading services across property management, facilities, project management, leasing and more.

They are now looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team in one of their shopping centres inMelbourne's East.


You will play a key role in the financial performance of the shopping centre by actively assisting in the management of the contracts, budgets and performance of daily tasks to optimise the presentation and function of the centre.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced Admin, EA or Team Assistant to carve a career within Retail Real Estate.

Location - Melbourne's South/East

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your typical day include but not limited to:

  • Collate and maintain required documentation, inventory and databases within set timeframes.
  • Complete compliance, audit and reporting requirements by set timeframes.
  • Demonstrate safe practices and adhere to the policies and standards as set by the business
  • Participate in and meet targets set in budget and forecasting activities within set timeframes.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting activities associated with incentre contractor engagements to consistently meet and exceed set KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure team members understand customer needs and deliver the expected outcomes.
  • Regularly review work processes for areas of improvement.

To be considered for the role you should ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Prior administration experience, preferably in property.
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
