Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will join our growing team in an established and exciting part of our business, where you will be given every opportunity to grow your career with us and make a sustainable impact.

Working as part of a small team, you will need to be results driven to grow the existing business in your territory, through strengthening current relationships and developing future business growth.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Always upholding our LifeHealthcare values and being an active key member of our team;
  • Representing LifeHealthcare and the LifeHealthcare Surgical Instruments products to new and existing customers in your territory, to ensure you meet / exceed territory sales and marketing goals;
  • Executing sales and marketing strategies, including new product introductions to drive business growth in your territory;
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive territory plan including updates on competitor activity, providing your insights and progress towards your goals on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Cultivating customer relationships and building key opinion leader development plans, to advance true partnerships with our customers;
  • Providing technical support, educating customers in the use of LifeHealthcare's products, and supporting various _surgical instruments _demonstrations, when required.

To be successful we're confident you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in science, nursing, biomedical engineering or similar is preferred.
  • Advanced telephone selling skills, including the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence in articulating product value to the customer.
  • 15 years proven sales experience within the healthcare sector, with track record of overachieving quota.
  • Resilient and versatile, you can work autonomously or in a team, and are passionate about providing first class customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to develop relationships with customers

These include:
clinicians, procurement, C-suite stakeholders and Theatre staff within the hospital and day surgery space.
