Here's what we're looking for:
    • Experience in disability support work, aged care, or a similar field.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
    • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others.
    • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
    • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.
    • First Aid and CPR certifications, or a willingness to obtain them.
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Bonus points for holding a Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Care, or similar qualifications.
    • Worker screening clearances, or the ability to obtain one (NDIS Worker Check)
    In this role, you'll have the chance to provide personalised support to our participants, assisting them with various tasks such as personal care, household chores, transportation, and community engagement. Your input and collaboration will be key as we work together to build capacity that aligns with each client's goals and aspirations.
