About the Role


As the Account Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices are entered accurately and efficiently.

You will be a key contributor within our dynamic and respectful finance team. We are seeking an individual that will be self motivated, has high attention to detail and is results driven.

Your Focus:

  • Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices utilising Dext and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Enter accounts receivale invoices utilising Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • Be responsible for coding AP invoices and ensuring approvals are sent to the appropriate manager
  • Assist with AR collections
  • Input employee expense claim entries, coding and approvals
  • Assist with other adhoc duties and analysis

  • Comfortable working remotely and can attend the CBD office on occasion.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to use basic formula functions (vlookup, pivot tables etc.)
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is preferred but not essential
  • Able to multitask, challenge ideas and improve processes while holding a high sense of integrity
