The Role

Join GPC Asia Pacific's HR Project Team based at our Rowville Support Office in this fixed-term role, assisting with our transition across into Workday.

This is a good opportunity for someone with a natural curiosity, drive and attention to detail in this fast paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Human Resources lifecycle administration
    • Contract generation
    • Letters of offer
    • Offboarding
  • Coordinate contract variations
  • Coordinate network probation reviews
  • Process parental leave and flexible work arrangement requests
  • Monthly reporting
  • Compliance admin
  • System support, including data entry & record keeping
  • Maintain pay records including timesheets, leave records and related information
  • Generate ad hoc payroll reports as required

About You

  • An interest in Human Resources, specifically Payroll
  • Workday experience highly regarded
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of relevant legislation
  • Display a high level of confidentiality
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a proactive and driven individual with a 'can do' attitude
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
