Requirements:

  • Must hold a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Relevant qualification in RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design or a related field.

Skills and abilities:

  • Recent handson experience in the building and construction industry
  • Proven experience in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite programs and Office 36
  • Experience delivering training to students with barriers to education
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, and delivering engaging and industryfocused training sessions.
  • Assessing students' progress and skills through a variety of methods, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Providing personalised feedback and guidance to students to foster their growth and development.
  • Collaborating with our curriculum development team to ensure course content remains uptodate and relevant.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student assessments, attendance, and overall performance.
  • Staying updated on current business trends and incorporating them into your teaching approach.
