CSSD Instrument Technician
Permanent Part Time - 56 hours per fortnight

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential Qualifications:
- _Certificate III in Sterilisation Services (HLT as a minimum, or working towards the same._
Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills
- Understanding of the importance of all standards relevant to CSSD, in particular, AS/NZS and Australian Guidelines for the preventions and Control of Infection in Health Care 201
- Understanding of the importance of prioritised equipment
- Understanding of the ACORN standards.
- Demonstrated experience working in CSSD/Theatre environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet processing deadlines, schedules and to be able to set goals and objectives.
Personal Qualities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in an everchanging environment.
