  • You will be a motivating leader at one of our Delivery Stations, striving to enhance the efficiency of delivery processes to ensure quick and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Collaborating with various support teams, you will work towards meeting business objectives and maintaining Health and Safety standards on-site.
  • Our fulfillment network offers growth opportunities, with Area Manager positions available based on location preference and business needs.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Support, mentor, and motivate the hourly workforce.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote a culture of safety on-site.
  • Work with support teams to develop plans that align with business objectives.
  • Engage in physical activities like lifting, bending, squatting, pulling, and reaching during shifts.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Our Global Operations network ensures the delivery of millions of packages to Amazon customers daily. The operational workflow involves key components like First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile, united by a dedication to customer satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
1+ years of experience in employee and performance management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or transportation logistics
