The Centre
Bubup is a _

To ensure educators are supported and children have greater learning outcomes, we run our programs at a _
higher staff/child ratio_than required by the Children's Services Regulation.

We pay _
10% above_the award rate.

Bubup is a community run, not-for-profit organisation providing integrated early learning and care services to the community. We provide the Community Outreach in our Reception including; Bubup Pantry, Swap Shop, Weekly Food bags and yearly Christmas hampers for vulnerable families, Parent Zone and Community Support Zone

We have a wonderful location, positioned across numerous parks surrounding us. We utilize these invaluable assets throughout our Excursions and Bubup Bush program and embedded throughout our philosophy.

Suitable applicants must have:

  • Cert III, Diploma, Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education and Care/Children's Services
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee type)
  • Current First Aid, Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Child Protection Training
  • Be familiar with Child Safe Standards, child protection protocols and procedures
  • Room Leader position must have working experiences as the Room Leader
