Roles And Responsibilities:The
Cyber Security SME should have:

  • Demonstration of comprehensive knowledge of
    ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices by having
    3+ years' experience in similar role within a medium/large size organization.
  • Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organizations including certification in any of the following
    :CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs:
  • Demonstrated experience in
    implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in
    requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    implementing Cyber Security services across large scale
    ICT delivery environment, including within Government.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills. The ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations and outcomes is essential.
  • The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
  • Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail. This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, and track the progress of various activities within agreed timelines.
