During early 2024, we became a Project Office within the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA), joining sister projects including the Metro Tunnel Project, Level Crossing Removal Project, West Gate Tunnel Project and Major Road Projects Victoria led by Director-General, Kevin Devlin.


The Opportunity Our newly formed People & Capability division is on the look-out for a great Senior People Partnerto join the teamFocus on workplace relations and people partnering Parental leave backfill (Up to 18 months)VPS6 - $146k - $195k total package + annual benefits Want to see some of the great project we are delivering? Clickhere What you'll be doing Providing strategic advice on complex people issues Working as part of a great, people-oriented and friendly P&C division Collaborating with Executive Leaders to drive great people outcomes Building influential relationships with client groups Leading efforts in early identification, intervention, and resolution of issues Keeping abreast of employment legislation changes and their impacts Guiding and mentoring P&C team members Contributing to the shaping of our workforce during a period of significant growth.
