The Role:

We are on the lookout for Fleet Allocators to join our client in a full-time role. This position involves supporting fleet operations to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize fleet efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and compliant deliveries
  • Efficiently coordinate product deliveries
  • Optimize company fleet utilization
  • Communicate with customers prior to delivery
  • Collaborate with relevant teams
  • Monitor customer telemetry
  • Maintain depot stock levels

Experience:

  • Prior experience in fleet allocation or scheduling
  • Document Control experience in mining or heavy industry for 7+ years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Team player with planning abilities
  • Interpersonal skills
