Passionate about food and cooking and dreaming of a rewarding career in the culinary world?

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to start a Commercial Cookery (Chef) Apprenticeship, where you'll train under experienced Chefs in a dynamic industry. An ideal opportunity for hardworking individuals keen on pursuing a fulfilling cooking career driven by their love for the culinary arts.

If you succeed:

  • Work full time for 38 hours weekly while studying for a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Upon completing the apprenticeship, you will be a qualified Chef.
  • Apprenticeship duration: 3 years
  • Get placed with one of our host employers to learn essential skills from seasoned chefs.
  • Immediate start is available

Recent graduates and Out of Trade apprentices are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Aid in preparing and cooking top-notch meals following our menu and recipes.
  • Learn kitchen management, including stock control, ordering, and food preparation schedules.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure food hygiene and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality dish preparation.
  • Efficiently work in a bustling kitchen environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the host employer

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
