This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and motivated health care professional to lead a team of experienced, supportive, and passionate staff in the Operating Theatres.

As the Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of patient care, supporting and developing your clinical team and workforce, engaging with VMO's, developing, and maintaining safe clinical practices and excellent clinical outcomes, quality improvement, human resources management and budget preparation of the unit.


Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • 5 years post registration experience I peri operative services and able to demonstrate expert clinical practice
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills leading a team
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership, performance management and managing change with a consultative management style and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to ensure excellence in customer service and a team approach
  • Ability to review and implement continuous improvement programs

Desirable:

  • Experience in a Hospital Management role

Remuneration
On offer is a Full-Time salary

NUM 3 + Superannuation.

On offer is a base hourly rate from; $ + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
