In this role you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. This is a permanent, full-time role with stability and work/life balance.

This role takes ownership of our Warehouse Service area, completing camera IP configuration for our customers. This role is best suited to someone experienced in computer science & IT, with familiarity of IP technologies.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for

  • Preparing, picking, packaging and dispatching orders
  • Working in our Ready Service area
  • Configuring IP Cameras for customer orders
  • Offloading and loading pallets
  • Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and solving stock discrepancies
  • Ensure safe warehouse operations, especially regarding forklift use.
  • General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
  • Customer contact for orders and ETAs

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a Warehouse or Project Services environment
  • IT Experience and Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service

  • Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Physical capabilities to lift and move heavy boxes.
