About the Role

Reporting to the Program Services Manager Research and Compliance, you will establish and maintain high-quality project and administrative support services within the UniSA Education Futures Academic Unit. You will support processes to ensure Programs are accredited by working across the Academic Unit with academic and professional staff, and key central unit staff. Essential tasks include maintaining structured documentation, planning, and tracking activities as part of a team.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Experience in coordinating multiple projects, setting priorities, and exercising independent judgment
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, synthesizing information, providing recommendations, and reporting outcomes
  • Knowledge and experience in committee structures and procedures, delivering professional administrative support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of written materials and engaging with people internally and externally
  • Proven ability to offer high-quality customer-focused service to stakeholders
