Our client is a well established Commercial Real Estate Agency, based in the Inner West, looking for their next Commercial Property Manager and Negotiator.


The Role:

  • Market reviews and rent renegations
  • Commercial ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Building relationships with owners
  • General property management support including correspondence as required by Portfolio Manager
  • Negotiating existing leases
