About the opportunity


The Group Manager Analytics, Reporting and Integration is responsible for leading a small team of Analysts and overseeing the reporting, analytics and integration function within our People and Culture team.

By designing and developing P&C data analytics strategy and capability, you will be improving the way people data is used.

Your solutions will define potential new uses of data and provide predictive analytics to help the organisation gain meaningful insights that improve and raise the quality of decision making.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Engage with internal partners on data engineering, governance, integration and enterprise architecture to deliver impactful analytics.
  • Lead the P&C integration function, development of a strategic integration plan, including data integration
  • Participate in the development of enterprise reporting capability, covering key organisational indicators and metrics.
  • Lead and provide strategic direction to project owners, ensuring the successful design and implementation of new operating models, including people, processes, systems, and technology.
