Intranet, Website & Content Administrator

This role is available in: Tweed Heads, Lismore, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, or can be remote.

Part-time, permanent position. 30 hours per week, spread over 4 - 5 days.

Start date can be discussed with the successful candidate.

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian Driver's License and eligibility to work in Australia throughout the appointment period
  • A National Police Check

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (Web Development) or relevant qualifications with at least two years' experience, or a mix of relevant experience and education/training
  • Proficiency in operating within a CMS environment and familiarity with common web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Skills in coding HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Awareness of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1)

Experience:

  • Two to five years in a similar role, with proven ability to manage websites or intranets in a CMS environment
  • Experience with the Elcom Intranet platform is advantageous

Key Skills:

  • Quick comprehension of the internal and external environment of the Lismore Diocese and the wider education sector
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively engaging with stakeholders as needed
  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects efficiently with available resources
  • Adherence to established protocols for service delivery, confidentiality, and child protection
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a proactive and cooperative approach
