Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for appointments
  • Schedule appointments and assist with rescheduling as necessary
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or forward them to appropriate staff members
  • Verify patient information and collect copays
  • Maintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and uptodate
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff members

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer skills and experience with medical office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

Salary:
$ $27.00 per hour
