UGL's Industrials & Resources division is seeking expressions of interest for work at Kooragang Island commencing late-April with the opportunity for further work through to February 2024.

Suit locals to Newcastle as it is a
Gate Start.

We are specifically looking for experienced and suitable qualified people in the following disciplines with good communication skills, work ethic and a strong safety attitude:

  • Mechanical Fitters
  • Boilermakers
  • Pressure Welders
  • Riggers

Essentials you will need for these roles;

Mandatory:

  • Trade Qualifications
  • White Card
  • HRWL for Riggers

Desirable:

  • Working at Heights


HRWL
  • LP
  • Confined Space
  • Gas Test Atmosphere

Recruitment documents:

  • Passport or Birth Certificate
  • Current Driver Licence
  • CV

There are two rosters available:

  • Mon-Thurs 9.5 hours with an early finish on Friday's at 1pm
  • Mon-Fri 9.5 hours plus Saturday 8.0 hours
