Who are we seeking?
We have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with expertise in M&A, property, and commercial law to join us on a rewarding assignment at a prominent medical center in Chatswood. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts with the support of a paralegal, offering a full-time (hybrid) position for an initial 12-month period.
To be a part of our team, you should:
- Have 3-6 years of PQE, preferably from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house settings (with solid legal training)
- Possess in-depth knowledge of M&A, property, and commercial law
- Be client-focused, adaptable, and capable of quickly adapting to new environments
- Enjoy building relationships with clients and stakeholders
