Position:
Casual Support Worker

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability between Monday to Friday 8am 6pm.
  • A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their wellbeing.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.
  • A caring and compassionate nature.
  • The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work on a Casual basis

Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Travelling with client in your car and the confidence to work independantly.
  • Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
  • Reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation $37.14 p/h with 96c per/km in between all client services.

  • We offer further training in Certificate III in Individual Support.
As well as Bridge training online that has many videos to further develop skills in specialised services, such as:
dementia, disability, high needs equipment training.
