About the role:


We welcomed our Australian team in Brisbane as of January 2023, and we are now building our Australian presence, which the _Sales Trainer _position will be an integral part of.


The
_Sales Trainer_ position will play a key part in setting the culture of the business as well as acting as a broad all-rounder for all parts of the business.


As a sales led organization, we understand the importance of sales and we are looking for a high performing
_Sales Trainer_ who can take on the responsibility for training both the tele sales and the field sales teams.


Our tele sales teams are primarily focused on booking appointments from a well-established prospect list, while our field sales teams are experienced B2B sales, professionally focused on spreading the word of the PHMG product suite.


Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director of Australia, you will be responsible for partnering with our global sales functions and building out the onboarding as well as ongoing training and development programs for our sales functions to achieve our highperformance aspirations.
  • Establishing a deep understanding of the business and the products we sell; you will shape and deliver the capability and culture initiatives that support the achievement of these.
  • Manage and facilitating all training initiatives.
  • Partnering with the sales leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring that we are able to onboard and develop our 'sales and services' teams to ensure that they are able meet the necessary requirements of the role.

About you:


We need an innovator and leader who understands and has a proven track record in training both the tele sales team and someone who can conduct the field sales trainings.

This is not your average sales training role, but rather a founding team member that is prepared to join us and roll their sleeves up and wear a number of different hats in the business as we learn and shape our sales function over the coming months and years.

Commitment, resilience and the ability to move fast and get it done will be the order of the day, however the opportunity to join us at this inception point means that the opportunities for growth are endless.


This role is ideal for someone that comes from a B2B sales environment where it is not unusual to get a 'deal on the day'.

You will need experience within driving and implementing all aspects of training and development within sales functions and to be able to bring in expertise in various training methodologies and to implement them.


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related position.
  • Similar sales and training experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of both written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
