As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
From leading and motivating our team to providing exceptional customer service, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
- Previous retail management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, and occassional public holidays, if required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about highend, designer fashion;
- Presents and communicates with confidence;
- Applies personal etiquette at all times whilst on the shop floor; and
- Enjoys variety and is prepared to be flexible with duties and times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Support the training and development of store associates to ensure they deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Developing strategies for loss prevention (theft).
