Enrolled Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join us on a fixed-term contract ranging from 3 to 6 months. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be skilled in observing, assessing, and responding to the needs of those in your care. If you are comfortable communicating with people of all backgrounds and confident in supervising others, we would love to receive your application to join the team at our Juniper Guwardi Ngadu site, located in Fitzroy Crossing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred clinical care and develop care plans
• Safely administer medications
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with aged care requirements
• Support and supervise care staff
• Contribute as a member of the multidisciplinary team
• Comply with Occupational Safety and Health requirements, including Injury Risk Management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care is desirable
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Understanding of Occupational Safety and Health principles in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required
